- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My partner had a referral by a hospital to this practice for orthodontist work. Two months later nothing heard from Smile Works so contacted our own dentist who phoned around and found a dental surgeon in Hadley with the capability. The necessary work was performed quickly & efficiently. She then received an appointment for a month later from Smile Works. I wrote a letter stating our dissatisfaction, hand delivered it but was never acknowledged & later denied receiving it. Also, phone calls were never answered.This was our second poor experience with this practice therefore cannot recommend them.by Colin MillerJanuary 31, 2017
